UI/UX DESIGNER-INTERN

Experience:

0-0.5 years

Qualification:

B-tech/BCA or any IT background

Responsibilities (including, but not limited to) :

  • Design UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how site functions and looks
  • Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, banner ads, marketing materials) 
  • Identify and troubleshoot UX problems 
  • Conduct layout & design adjustments based on feedback 
  • Prepare and present drafts to internal teams 
  • Participating in weekly design meetings & review

Qualifications:

  • Must be studying UX design, UI design, web design, graphic design or equivalent relevant major. 
  • Must have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a changing environment.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills. 
  • Leadership qualities and potential. 
  • Experience with Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet, PowerPoint. 
  • Ability to learn other software programs. 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

FLUTTER DEVELOPER

Experience:

1-3 relevant years

Qualification:

B-tech/BCA or any IT background

Requirements:

  • Firebase: Should have experience with Cloud Firestore, Push Notifications, Cloud Functions and Analytics, State management, and working with Dio.
  • Git: To manage and collaborate in different projects with the rest of
  • Any Native Language knowledge to build custom Flutter Packages.  

Responsibilities:

  • Building multi-platform applications for Android, iOS & and Web using the Flutter development framework of Google.
  • Writing clear and reader-friendly code using tools like Dart. Documenting the entire usage process in detail for straightforward utilization and upgrading in the future.
  • Collaborating with other developers to create, deploy, and maintain Flutter-based applications for different platforms.
  • Writing and reviewing multi-application codes.
  • Overseeing and reviewing application design.
  • Building, implementing, and managing product modules along with their sub-systems.
  • Testing products to remove bugs and any malfunctioning aspects.
  • Carrying out unit testing and integration analysis.
  • Ensuring consistency between the delivered product features and the requirements/criteria of the business.  

RELATIONSHIP MANAGER

Experience:

Minimum 2-3 years

Qualification:

Any Graduate

Requirements:

  • Researching Prospects and Generating Leads: Conduct market research to identify potential customers and generate leads. Utilize various channels, such as online platforms, industry events, and referrals, to identify and connect with prospective clients.
  • Contacting Potential and Existing Customers: Reach out to potential customers via phone, email, and in-person meetings. Regularly communicate with existing customers to provide updates, resolve issues, and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Achieving Sales Goals: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities, negotiate contracts, and close deals. Continuously monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Preparing and Sending Quotes and Proposals: Collaborate with the technical team to create customized quotes and proposals for prospective clients. Ensure that the proposals align with customer requirements and present the value proposition effectively.
  • Building and Maintaining a CRM Database: Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to track customer interactions, record sales activities, and manage customer data. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and utilize the CRM to analyze customer trends and preferences.
  • Recording and Presenting Demos to the Client: Coordinate with the technical team to demonstrate the features and benefits of IT products and solutions to clients. Tailor the presentations according to client needs and provide recommendations based on their specific requirements.
  • Managing the sales process through specific software programs.
  • Attending daily, weekly, and yearly sales meetings

Responsibilities:

  • Proven experience in IT sales or account management, preferably in the technology industry.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close sales deals.
  • Solid understanding of IT products, services, and industry trends.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software to manage customer relationships and track sales activities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
